  • 1 lb mild ground pork sausage
  • 1 lb hot ground pork sausage
  • 30 oz package frozen hash
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredder cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook sausages in skillet over medium high heat until there is no pink and it is crumbly.

  2. Make hashbrown, following package directions. Add 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

  3. Stir hashbrowns, sausage and cheese together and add to 13X9 greased baking dish.

  4. Whisk together eggs, milk and leftover salt and pepper and pour over the mixture.

  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 mins.
