  • 6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Coat both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper and fry on med- high for 2 minutes on each side in vegetable oil.

  2. Add orange juice and next three ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 15 minutes

  3. Remove pork chops. Add whipping cream to drippings and cook on med-high heat for 5 minutes or until thickened.
