- 6 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
- 1 envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Whipping Cream
Instructions

Coat both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper and fry on med- high for 2 minutes on each side in vegetable oil.

Add orange juice and next three ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for 15 minutes

Remove pork chops. Add whipping cream to drippings and cook on med-high heat for 5 minutes or until thickened.
